Perfectly Pulled Buffalo Chicken in 15 minutes

I think we need to heat things up a bit. I released a pulled bbq chicken recipe, but for those of us who need a little kick, check out my easy pulled buffalo chicken recipe just in time for labor day!! This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for whatever size party you have! I used my instant pot, but you can use a slow cooker as well.

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)

1 bottle buffalo sauce (I use sweet baby rays)

1 packet of ranch dressing powder (I use hidden valley)

1 tbsp water

2 tbsp butter

  1. in your instant pot, mix half the bottle of buffalo sauce with half the packet of ranch dressing powder and 1 tbsp water
  2. add the chicken breasts and make sure they are coated in the sauce, add a little more sauce on top if necessary
  3. set your instant pot to low pressure for 15 minutes with a 10-minute natural pressure release. If using a crock pot or slow cooker, set on low for 5-7 hours depending on the amount of chicken and if frozen.
  4. shred, add 2 tbsp butter (trust me it makes a difference) and ENJOY!!
